The goals of this opportunity are defined in terms of business and technical metrics, and the entry and exit criteria are clearly defined. We take leadership of this venture on behalf of our customer, deliver on the goals and then transition it back to the company for scaling and further growth.

How it works
Once we enter into an agreement with a business owner to build a new venture that meets his or her mission, we develop a contract that specifies costs, milestones and an exit strategy. The costs payable to Venform are structured as a base plus performance-based compensation that is fully in the customer’s interest. Exit criteria is established upfront for each venture and incorporates business and product milestones and a project timeline.
